Reclaiming Motherhood
Motherhood Isn’t Where You Disappear. It’s Where You Remember Who You Are.
My Mission
I believe in a world where mothers are deeply connected—to themselves, to each other, and to the world around them.
Where their stories are honored, their presence is revered, and they feel free to step away from the daily demands of life to be celebrated, poured into, and seen for all that they are.
Reclaiming Motherhood was born from this belief. It’s a space for truth-telling, soul-tending, and community. A place to come home to yourself through the sacred portal of motherhood. Whether through coaching, storytelling, or sisterhood, my mission is simple: To walk with women as they remember their light—and reclaim the fullness of who they are.
Motherhood is not the end of your becoming. It’s the beginning of your return.
A little bit about me
Hi, I’m Beth.
—a life coach, speaker, podcast host, and founder of Reclaiming Motherhood, a movement rooted in one truth: motherhood is sacred ground for transformation. For almost a decade, I’ve walked alongside women—especially mothers—through the raw, beautiful, and often messy journey of remembering who they are. I help women move beyond guilt and survival mode and reconnect with joy, self-trust, and what really matters.
Before becoming a mom, I spent ten years as a Pure Barre instructor, guiding women to connect with their bodies and inner strength. I’ve always been drawn to caring for others and creating meaningful experiences—and when I became a mom myself (in Las Vegas, of all places!), I quickly realized the world wasn’t holding mothers the way it should. That realization lit a fire in me—and it’s what fuels everything I do today, from The Unmasking Motherhood Podcast to The Imperfect Mom’s Club to coaching and speaking. I believe we need more honest spaces to talk about the real stuff—identity, exhaustion, desire, power, and purpose.
A little more about me: Aside from spending six years in Vegas, I’m a Midwest girl at heart, born and raised in St. Louis. I danced for 16 years, and music has always been transformative in my life—making playlists is basically my love language. It even earned me the nickname, DJ Jazzy Beth, back in my college dance team days. At the heart of it all, I’m here to help you come home to yourself—and feel less alone doing it. Thanks for being here.

Due to some personal family matters, I've decided to take a break from my business for the time being. This isn't easy—I love the work I do and the community we've built—but I also know it's the right move for right now. I'll still be checking my email occasionally, so if you ever want to reach out, please do. I'd love to hear from you.
